I work with parents who are seeking practical, evidence-based strategies to support their child with challenges such as:

  • Separation anxiety

  • Sleep disruptions

  • Behavioral outbursts

  • Low self-esteem

  • Perfectionism

  • Avoidance of school or social activities

 

I also have advanced training in supporting children with trauma-related symptoms, including dissociation, intense anger, and difficulties with identity development.
