Individual Therapy

A Compassionate Space for Personal Growth and Healing

I offer individual therapy through a strengths-based approach that honors you as a whole person. Grounded in a nervous system-informed perspective and drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, my work focuses on helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • PTSD and the lasting effects of complex trauma

  • Postpartum mood disorders (including postpartum depression and anxiety)

  • Identity exploration and challenges

  • Major life transitions

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Low self-esteem

  • Emotional dysregulation

 

I also work with individuals who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). As an HSP myself, I understand what it’s like to move through the world with heightened empathy, sensitivity to overstimulation, and a deep need to process thoughts, emotions, and decisions thoroughly. Therapy can offer a nurturing space to embrace this trait as a strength rather than a struggle.

Outdoor Therapy

 

I offer outdoor sessions, facilitated while walking on local trails or in a neighborhood around my office. This applies to individuals who do not use insurance to pay for sessions. Please reach out if you're interested!
