Hi, I'm Lynnae

I’ve known since childhood that I was called to the vocation of helping others—a conviction that led me to earn both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. Over the years, my professional journey has taken me through community agencies, international organizations, child protection services, school social work, and now, into the deeply rewarding work of mental health therapy.

Through these experiences, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of meaningful relationships that honor each person’s individual and unique story. I believe these relationships have the power to heal, restore, and guide us back to ourselves.

My priority as a therapist is to create a warm, safe, and nurturing space where healing can take place. I take a person-centered, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approach, shaped by nearly a decade of experience working with children and youth. I’m a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist and have advanced training in play therapy, EMDR, perinatal mental health, and somatic modalities.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a lifelong learner, relentlessly curious, a lover of my dog, running, hiking, and reading good books and poetry. I’m also a mom to a beautiful toddler and am continually growing in my own parenting journey and often humbly reminded to practice what I preach.
