How I can help
Therapy can be a turning point. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel stuck, anxious, or weighed down by life—and help them find healing, hope, and tools for the road ahead.
PlayTherapy
When kids don’t have words for what they’re feeling, play becomes their language. Play therapy helps children express emotions, build confidence, and grow through tough experiences in a space that feels safe and fun. I also partner with parents through coaching so you feel more equipped to support your child at home.
EMDR
Trauma can live in the body long after the danger has passed. EMDR helps you safely revisit painful memories, process them without being re-triggered, and finally feel like yourself again. If talk therapy hasn’t helped in the past, EMDR might be a better fit.
Individual Therapy
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Whether you're feeling anxious, depressed, recovering from trauma, or just navigating a difficult season, find a place to breathe, process, and find your way forward. For clients who feel most at ease in open spaces, I also offer outdoor therapy sessions in natural settings.
